A sleek low profile design.

A footprint of 105 x 151 mm.

A height of 25 mm and a weight of 1.0 kg. 

A construction of high strength anodized aluminum.

A travel of 50 mm with a positional accuracy of 1µm (micrometer).

Straightness/flatness runout of +/- 1µm and repeatability of +/- 0.2 µm. 

Preloaded cross roller bearings.

Fixed stops and incremental linear encoder with 0.1 µm resolution.
