UCIMU appoints eight new masters of mechanics
For the second time, UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE, the Italian machine tools, robots and automation manufacturers’ association, issued the MAESTRO DELLA MECCANICA (Master of Mechanics) Award on June 23 during a gala night organized in occasion of the meeting PRODURRE INNOVAZIONE, dedicated to the industry of capital goods and attended by over 100 guests.
Flavio Carboniero OMERA (Chiuppano VI), Gianfranco Carbonato PRIMA INDUSTRIE (Collegno TO), Luigi Ceretti BUFFOLI TRANSFER (Brescia), Luciano Cireni ROSA ERMANDO (Rescaldina MI), Flavio Radrizzani ADR SPA (Uboldo VA), Renato Pastori FASPAR (Robecco Sul Naviglio MI), Pierluigi Mafezzoni BUFFOLI TRANSFER (Brescia), Remigio Mazzega SAET (Pordenone) were this year’s recipients of the MAESTRO DELLA MECCANICA Award.
The event has been realized in order to highlight how the contribution of talent and professionalism of the mechanics industry strengthen the Italian economy. This aim has been supported by the President of the Italian Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, who, for the second consecutive year, awarded a medal of acknowledgement to the MAESTRO DELLA MECCANICA, the initiative sponsored by the Ministry for Economic Development, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and the Region of Lombardy.
The event’s judging committee for the MAESTRO DELLA MECCANICA Award, chaired by Giancarlo Losma, President of UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE, includes Claudio Bertoli, Department Director for Production Systems CNR, Professor Luigi Serio, specialist in economics and company management at the University Cattolica Milano, Alberto Maria Sacchi, President of FEDERMACCHINE, Quirico Semeraro, Head of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at Politecnico Milano, Andrea Taroni, University Dean of Carlo Cattaneo LIUC, Ezio Zibetti, Editorial Director of Tecnologie Meccaniche, Reed Business Publisher.
